ArDO met with the Aramean Syriac Friends of Jordan

The Aramean Democratic Organisation visited Jordan through its representative Roni Doumit and met with several friends of the Aramean cause. Roni met with Mr. George Asfatoun and got a general view about the Syriac Aramean people in Jordan.

ArDO went on to meet Mr. George Jazrawi and the board of the Syriac Church Council in Ashrafieh Church in Amman and 20 of the most enthusiastic members of the Syriac Orthodox Church.

Roni held a seminar about the Aramean Syriac people in Europe and explained the goals and objectives of ArDO. The Group gave a presentation of their activities and expressed a strong will to corporate with ArDO in many ways.

ArDO went on to visit the new Church being build in Sweifiyeh and can assure that it will be a great meeting place for all the Aramean Syriacs in Jordan and the World.

The Aramean Democratic Organisation is happy to have met with all the great friends in Jordan and assure them that great events will take place between the 2 parties.
