solution to the Lebanese crisis
The situation in Lebanon is
getting more and more complicated. The Aramaic Democratic
Organization sees that the solution must come from the 2 parts, the
governmental and the oppositional.
We think that the
Opposition can have 2 main points and the government 2:
- Have Lahoud left in his
place or replace him with anyone they choose, could be the former
General Michel Aoun.
- Have 45% of the
ministries in the government.
The government of Lebanon
should also get something from the Hezballa alliance.
The points should be:
- The disarmament of
Hezballa with the full implementation of the UNSCR 1559.
- Letting the International
court to start its work.
If such points can be agreed
on ArDO think that the largest part of the complicated problem in
Lebanon would go towards salvation.
May Lebanon see a better
time in year 2007 and may the Aramaic people of the world return to
Lebanon and the entire Middle Eastern Aramaic land.
